Stability:Lyophilized CTF2P although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Neuropoietin should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

CTF2P is the outcome of a gene duplication event involving cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1) and it helps to define a subfamily within the IL-6 family that includes CT-1, CLC and CTNF. CTF2P Increases the platelet count associated with splenomegaly and takes part in neuronal precursor development and maturation.
